Trade fair photography — short answers
How much does a trade fair photographer cost?
Trade fair photography with Light Hunters starts at €795 for two hours, including more than 30 edited images, an online gallery and usage rights for three years. A half fair day (4 hours) is €1,595, a full fair day (8 hours) €3,195. Photo and film combined from €2,995. Net prices plus 19 % VAT.
How quickly do we get the images?
On request we deliver 15 to 20 edited highlight images within two to three hours, while the fair is still running — in time for same-day LinkedIn posts. The complete gallery follows within two to three weeks.
Do you also film at trade fairs?
Yes, photo and film come from one team. Trade fair film starts at €995, an aftermovie of 60 to 90 seconds at €2,495, and a premium production with several cameras and up to five minutes at €4,995.
Who owns the images after the fair?
You receive usage rights for three years — for website, press, social media, fair reports and internal communication. Longer or extended use can be agreed in the quote. Under German law the copyright remains with the photographer.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Briefing, quote and on-site communication can be in English. Our contracts, terms and legal pages are in German.
