Messe Frankfurt
Messe Frankfurt, with the Kap Europa congress centre and the Festhalle, is one of the world’s major exhibition venues. Leading fairs here include Ambiente, Heimtextil, ISH, Light + Building, Automechanika, Techtextil and the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Photo rules differ by organiser. At Messe Frankfurt’s own fairs, stand photos with your own photographer outside opening hours need approval at least three weeks before the fair; ACHEMA (organised by DECHEMA) has a similar three-week rule. We clarify the rules for your fair in the briefing.

How much does a trade fair photographer in Frankfurt cost?
From €795 for two hours, €1,595 for a half and €3,195 for a full fair day, net plus 19 % VAT. Our office is in Frankfurt, so Messe Frankfurt is within the included travel distance.
Do you also film at Messe Frankfurt?
Yes. An aftermovie of 60 to 90 seconds starts at €2,495, photo and film combined for a half fair day at €2,995. Social clips can go out while the fair is still running.
Can our photographer shoot the empty stand before opening?
At Messe Frankfurt’s own fairs, photos with your own photographer outside the official opening hours need approval from Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH at least three weeks before the fair (terms of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, section 16.2). We plan this into the schedule.
